Waterproofing
Water infiltration is not only bothersome to the tenants but also a potential Hazardous condition to the structural integrity of the building. Water damage can compromise the underlying steel and wood supports, causing expansion, cracking and uncontrolled movement of stone, concrete, bricks and sheetrock of walls and ceilings. Unless correctly repaired only the damaged areas will be addressed, not the root cause of the water infiltration.
