Complying With Local Law #11!

Critical Examination of Exterior Walls and Exterior Appurtenances pursuant to Local Law #11

Cycle 7th of Local Law #11 is upon us.

Buildings with block numbers ending in 0, 7 or 8 are required to have a report filed with the New York City Department of Buildings between February 21, 2011 and August 21, 2012.
